By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that upon confirming the order, they are obliged to pay the order amount and any additional fees such as shipping or taxes, and that they have been informed accordingly.

In the implementation and interpretation of this agreement, the following terms shall mean:

• MINISTRY: Ministry of Customs and Trade
• LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection
• REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts
• SERVICE: All consumer transactions other than the supply of goods performed or undertaken for a fee or benefit
• SELLER: The company offering goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, or acting on behalf of or for the account of the supplier
• BUYER: The natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes
• SITE: The website owned by the SELLER
• ORDER PLACER: The natural or legal person requesting goods or services via the SELLER’s website
• PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER
• CONTRACT: This agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER
• GOODS: Movable items subject to shopping, as well as intangible goods prepared for use in electronic environments such as software, audio, and visual products

This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER on the SELLER’s website, whose characteristics and sales price are specified, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Listed and published prices on the site are sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the specified expiration date.

The basic characteristics (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) of the goods/services are published on the SELLER’s website. If a campaign is organized by the SELLER, you may review the product features during the campaign period. Valid until the campaign date ends.

Listed and published prices on the site are sales prices. Announced prices and promises remain valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited time remain valid until the specified expiration date.

The sales price of the goods or services subject to the contract, including all taxes, is shown below:

Invoice Delivery: The invoice will be delivered to the invoice address together with the order upon delivery.

The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the product’s basic features, sales price, payment method, and delivery on the SELLER’s website, and that they have confirmed such information electronically.

Each product subject to the contract shall be delivered within the legal period of 30 days, depending on the BUYER’s place of residence, within the timeframe specified in the preliminary information section on the website.

If the distance contract concerns the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date of the product to themselves or to the person/institution at the designated address, without giving any reason, provided that they notify the SELLER.

Products prepared in line with the BUYER’s request or clearly for their personal needs, such as underwear bottoms, cosmetics, and disposable products, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

If the BUYER defaults on credit card payments, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest under the credit card agreement with the issuing bank and will be liable to the bank.

In disputes arising from this contract, complaints and objections may be submitted to the consumer arbitration board or consumer court at the location where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction was made.

Once the BUYER makes payment for the order placed through the Site, they are deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract.
