Return & Cancellation Policy
When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the provisions of the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
All shopping transactions are carried out in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and relevant regulations.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping (delivery) costs are covered by the BUYER.
Each product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the BUYER may terminate the contract.
The ordered product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the promotion, and together with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual.
If it becomes impossible to supply the product, the SELLER will inform the BUYER within 3 days and refund the product price within 14 days.
If the BUYER does not pay the product price or if the payment is cancelled in the bank records, the SELLER’s obligation to deliver the product is eliminated.
If it is determined after delivery that the credit card was used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the SELLER, the BUYER is obliged to return the product within 3 days, with the shipping cost covered by the SELLER.
In cases beyond the SELLER’s control (natural disasters, transportation barriers, etc.), delivery of the product may be delayed. In such cases, the BUYER will be informed and has the following rights:
- Cancel the order
- Replace with an equivalent product
- Postpone delivery until the obstacle is removed
In case of cancellation:
- If payment was made in cash, the refund will be made within 14 days.
- If paid by credit card, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days. It may take a few weeks for the bank to reflect it in the account.
The BUYER must physically inspect the product before accepting delivery; dented, broken, torn, or defective products should not be received from the courier.
Products accepted upon delivery are deemed to be intact. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must not be used and must be returned with its original packaging and invoice.
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

For the right of withdrawal:
- Invoice (for corporate invoices, a return invoice is required)
- The product box, packaging, and any accessories must be returned complete.
The SELLER is obliged to refund the product price and any related costs within 10 days after the withdrawal notification.
The returned product will be collected within 20 days.
If there is a decrease in value due to use, the BUYER is responsible for compensating this loss.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Products prepared specifically for personal needs
- Underwear, swimsuits, bikini bottoms
- Cosmetic and personal care products
- Unsealed audio-visual recordings, books, software, CDs, DVDs
- Unsealed stationery supplies
If the BUYER defaults on payments made by credit card, the BUYER is responsible for the interest and legal obligations imposed by the bank under the credit card agreement.
The SELLER may claim damages and attorney’s fees resulting from such delays from the BUYER.

After placing an order, the product price will be charged to your credit card and the transaction will be completed.
